Gil brings a wealth of experience to ImpactWolf, encompassing both corporate and non-profit sectors. His background at SmithBucklin, the largest association management firm, has equipped him with valuable insights into various organizations, which aids in understanding and achieving the goals of ImpactWolf's diverse clientele.

During his tenure as Director of Education, Professional Development, and Conferences at an ACCME Accredited Medical Organization, Gil organized the annual conference with more than 7,500 attendees that required physician, nursing, MOC's and COA's administration. His experience in this role supports his understanding in the complexities of navigating internal protocols and teams to achieve maximum output for events.

In his most recent role before joining ImpactWolf, Gil worked in Development and Operations at Community Brands. This experience allowed him to gain expertise in Event Tech and support various Event Tech Products. He specifically focused on technology solutions for conferences with substantial attendance, which is a valuable skill set for ImpactWolf as they may be involved in organizing or facilitating events with 100 to 50,000 attendees. He has organized hybrid and virtual events for the last 5 years including setup, staffing, Event Tech Installations and working with high level speakers to produce high level virtual events.

Overall, Gil's combined corporate and non-profit experience, along with his specialization in event technology and compliance, make him a valuable addition to the ImpactWolf team.
